GRANUMFL EDUCATION EDITION - LICENCE

1. Grant. You may install and use the GranumFL Education edition free of charge for teaching,
   for learning and for non-commercial academic research at a school, college or university.

2. Not permitted. You may not use the Education edition, or its reports, maps, pictures,
   animations or results, for commercial work, consulting, hazard or design studies of real
   sites for a fee, or any work done for a client. You may not remove or hide the Education
   watermark, sell or rent the software, or redistribute it outside your own course or
   research group.

3. Limits. The Education edition limits a discrete element model to 50,000 particles, a water
   and grains case to 50,000 grains and 50,000 water particles, and a terrain to 1 km² in plan.
   It calculates on the local computer only, does not export cases for GPU servers or result
   maps as GIS grids, and marks its reports and pictures as Education output. An Academic
   Research licence without these limits, and a Professional licence for commercial use, are
   available on request from tellusfem@gmail.com.

5. No warranty. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The authors are
   not liable for any claim or damage arising from its use. Debris-flow and flood results are
   model scenarios, not forecasts, and must be checked by a qualified engineer before they
   inform any decision about people or property.

6. Termination. This licence ends automatically if you break its terms.
